– by fax, email or phone – including your
delivery or pickup preferences and contact details.
• Orders received by 8am Tuesday are delivered
into Sydney on Wednesday,
• Orders received by 8am Wednesday are
delivered into Sydney on Thursday.
3. We’ll contact you
if any details of your order need to be discussed and,
for Non-Account customers, to provide your invoice total,
4. Non-account customers –
payment is required prior to dispatch (EFT
details provided on invoice) or COD
5. Dispatch is made. (Free delivery
within Sydney region for orders of minimum value $300
incl. GST).

Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm
Friday 7.30am to 1.30pm
Deliveries
• Twice weekly deliveries made through the Sydney region:
- Orders received by 8am Tuesday are delivered Wednesday,
- Orders received by 8am Wednesday are delivered Thursday.
• Delivery is free within the Sydney region
(minimum order value is $300 incl.GST)
• Deliveries outside the Sydney region are arranged via Plant Carriers
at clients’ cost (delivery from nursery to Sydney depots is free)
